You can send a ticket to anyone who you are asking to complete an assessment (for individual assessments it doesn’t have to be your registered trainer). This person does not have to be registered as a trainer on the system; all you need is their e-mail address. You do NOT need to send any tickets to your Principal/Registered Trainer. They have full access to all your assessment forms.
